Fix & Flip Nevada is a locally owned real estate investment and renovation company based in Pahrump, Nevada, proudly led by Ian Dixon, a former military servicemember with deep roots in the state. Having lived in Nevada for 24 years—and the last 5 in Pahrump—Ian brings hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the local market. He specializes in flipping properties using a direct, efficient approach: no contractors, no structural changes, and no permits required.
With a fully equipped remodeling team and access to hard money lenders, Ian manages each project personally, using professional-grade tools and techniques to deliver high-quality renovations. Every project is secured by real estate, offering investors transparency, speed, and dependable returns.
